cLOUDDEAD – cLOUDDEAD (2001)

Waves of fuzzy ambient sound, sparse drum beats reminiscent of Boards of Canada, and two very stoned-sounding MCs trading nonsensical lines and telling stories that seem to go nowhere. Really good stuff.
