    Awesome stuff, this West African music. There must be something in the sand out there...! Me and my lady are fresh back from our 1st trip to Maroc...heard alot of fantastic gnaouan music in our travels. Having already been familiar with much of the great music coming out of Mali, I was surprised at the level of cross-saharan pollination between there and Maroc. Makes sense though, the berbers, touregs and bedouins...a travellin' peoples, all. Thanks C!
